Deal2save is enabling its Members and Advertisers/Sponsors to interact in more sophisticated and effective ways while maintaining its Members' privacy intact. Deal2save delivers Products offers through its vast network (the "Deal2save Network") which includes its own site, Deal2save.com. Deal2save wants to deliver you more relevant and personalized offers throughout the Deal2save Network by using information that you voluntarily give us while keeping this information confidential. Please read these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully.

You ("You" or "Member") must complete the Membership Form and read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement") by joining Deal2save."

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY, Deal2save IS UNWILLING TO OFFER YOU THE SERVICE.

Tuhina Infomedia Pty Ltd., a Victoria, Australia based corporation("Deal2save" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting.

Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.

To maintain a Membership in the Deal2save Service, You must meet the following requirements and Deal2save reserves the right to terminate the Membership of anyone who fails to meet these requirements on an ongoing basis.

We may share non-personal, aggregated information with other Deal2Save divisions, our partners or product distributors for research purposes. We will never identify or disclose individual customers or visitors information or purchases but may disclose how many customers bought a specific item or used a specific service such as an email list.

We collect personal information submitted by you to manage and deliver your order or as part of an entry to a competition or product review. We do not disclose personal information for any other purpose. Delivery information you supplied when ordering is available online for your reference in your order status history.

• All the members registered between 1-Sep-2009 and 31-Dec-2009 and a resident of Australia will automatically be entered into the competition.
• Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• One entry per person per competition. The member has to be an active member at the time of the draw. Deactivated or unsubscribed members will not be considered.
• The winners will be drawn randomly out of the members registered in between the dates mention above and contacted by January 31, 2010 by mail or telephone. If the winners are unable to be contacted, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and a re-draw will take place. The Promoter’s decision on entries and winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By accepting a prize, winners consent to the promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes. The winners will be listed on www.deals2save.com.au
• The prize is an LCD Cleaning Kit for Laptop, Computers and Camera.
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The promoter is Tuhina Infomedia Pty Ltd, 745 Barkly Street, West Footscray, VIC, Australia.
